There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you typed. Instead there is one email address, which goes to the publisher's mailbox.

C.2 What we can help with

  • Corrections. If a step is wrong, out of date, or links to a page that has moved, tell us which page and which sentence and it will be checked.
  • Questions about the course itself — how the steps were ordered, what a particular term means, why something was left out.
  • Privacy requests. Put "Privacy request" in the subject line. What we can act on, and how quickly, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
  • Questions about the funding of this site. The Affiliate Disclosure page answers most of them in advance.

C.3 What we cannot help with

We are not a vendor and we are not anybody's support desk. If a game will not install, will not start, has charged you for something, or has locked you out of an account, the company that runs that game is the only organisation that can act — and Step 3 of the course explains how to find their support contact before you need it.

We also cannot give legal, financial or technical advice about your particular situation. The course is general information, as the Terms and Conditions set out. For consumer rights in Australia the ACCC publishes guidance, and for privacy the OAIC does.

C.4 What happens to your message

It arrives in a mailbox held with our email service provider, which may store or process data outside Australia. It is read by people working for F-Global s.r.o. and used for one purpose: replying to you. It is never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and it is never sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Messages are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless a message needs to be kept longer in connection with a legal claim. You can write to us under a pseudonym if you prefer; the only exception is a request to access or correct personal information, where we need enough to be sure we are dealing with the right person. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to answer within a few working days, and within 30 days at the outside for a privacy request or a complaint.
